What you need to know before renting
Please review the following requirements before submitting your rental application.
6 Month Minimum Term
All rental agreements have a 6-month minimum term, after which they transition to a flexible month-to-month plan.
Payment Method
All payments must be made via debit or credit card. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept digital payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, and Link
First Payment
Your first payment is due on the day of installation. Our technician will confirm successful installation before processing your initial payment.

What's included in the maintenance coverage?
Answer:
Our maintenance coverage includes repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement of parts, and labor costs. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we'll replace it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
Question:
How long are the rental agreements?
Answer:
All plans require a 6-month minimum contract. After the minimum period, all plans convert to month-to-month agreements with no penalties for returning.
Question:
Can I upgrade my appliances during my rental period?
Answer:
Yes, you can upgrade to a different package at any time. We'll simply add to your current appliances for the upgraded package and adjust your monthly payment accordingly.

What payment methods to you accept?
Answer:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly.
